'Life Drawing': life art studio session

These sessions offer a supportive space to explore and develop your drawing skills. It's open to everyone — complete beginners, experienced artists, and painters alike. Each session includes two hours of life drawing from a live model, featuring a mix of short and long poses. The final 30 minutes will be devoted to relaxed group sharing and discussion of each other's work, offering a chance to reflect and receive feedback. What’s provided: Easels and drawing boards are available.

Please bring your own drawing materials, such as drawing paper (A3 or A2), pencils, pencil sharpener, charcoal, rubber. A follow-on session will be offered afterwards, and participants are invited to continue developing their drawing practice and critical thinking skills.

The workshop is facilitated by Timmy Aziz, who will draw alongside participants and guide group discussions.

Timmy began life drawing in his teens at the Ruskin School of Art in Oxford. He is an architect and designer with over 20 years of experience teaching drawing, and believes that life drawing is a vital foundation for artists and designers alike.
